Do you need to reorder what you purchased before? Established patients can log in to their account to review previous online orders and reorder products they have purchased through our online store.

Our regular office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Wednesdays, weekends, and major holidays.

Please do not submit urgent medical questions, detailed health information, lab results, symptoms, or medical concerns through the online store. Established patients should use the appropriate patient communication channels for medical questions.
