Iron-C by Pure Encapsulations combines iron with vitamin C to support red blood cell function, oxygen transport, energy production, and iron absorption.

Iron is an essential mineral involved in hemoglobin production, oxygen transport, muscle metabolism, cellular function, and the synthesis of certain hormones. Vitamin C supports antioxidant activity, collagen synthesis, immune function, and helps enhance the absorption of nonheme iron.*

This formula provides iron in highly absorbable glycinate and aspartate forms, combined with vitamin C to support utilization.

Each capsule provides 15 mg of iron and 175 mg of vitamin C.
