MacuGuard® Ocular Support with Saffron by Life Extension provides carotenoids and saffron extract to support macular health, retinal health, visual acuity, and healthy aging of the eyes.

Lutein, zeaxanthin, and meso-zeaxanthin are carotenoids naturally concentrated in the macula, where they help support macular pigment density, visual function, and protection from oxidative stress. Saffron extract has been studied for its role in supporting visual acuity and retinal function.*

This formula also includes phospholipids to support carotenoid absorption.

Each softgel provides 10 mg lutein, 4 mg meso-zeaxanthin & zeaxanthin, 1.24 mg alpha-carotene, and 20 mg saffron extract.
